Anti oxidation safety of pipe bending machine. The antioxidant safety of a pipe bending machine refers to the ability of low resistance to react chemically with oxygen-containing substances when the oil temperature increases. Practice has shown that for every 10 ℃ increase in oil temperature, the rate of chemical reaction doubles. The hydraulic oil of the pipe bending machine with good antioxidant stability is not easily oxidized or degraded after long-term use, which can ensure the normal circulation of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil of the pipe bending machine should have excellent wear resistance and lubrication. The intention is to reduce mechanical conflicts and ensure the service life of the hydraulic system of the pipe bending machine.
Good anti emulsification and anti foaming properties. Anti emulsification refers to the ability of oil mixed with water and stirred to become an emulsion, and water separated from it. Anti foaming refers to the ability of an oil to separate bubbles from the oil by mixing air and stirring it to form an emulsion. After mixing with water or air, the volume modulus of the oil decreases, and the compressibility increases. The hydraulic components of the pipe bending machine move slowly and are prone to impact and vibration.
Good shear stability. To improve the viscosity index of oil, high molecular weight polymers such as polymethyl methacrylate and polyisobutene are often involved in the oil. These substances have long molecular chains, and when the oil flows through the narrow slits of hydraulic components, it is subjected to significant shear effects, often causing molecular chain breakage and a decrease in the viscosity temperature characteristics of the oil. The frequent switching of the directional valve during the operation of the pipe bending machine and the saving of components require hydraulic oil to have strong shear resistance.
Excellent adhesion and thermal properties. Viscosity temperature refers to the degree to which the viscosity of an oil changes with temperature, usually indicated by the viscosity index. Maintain appropriate viscosity. The detailed adoption depends on the working pressure, working temperature, and component movement speed of the hydraulic system of the pipe bending machine. High viscosity is recommended for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, while low viscosity is recommended for high-speed applications.
